After I sold my house they messed everything up including creating new accounts I didn't authorise with other people's names that never even lived at the house, sending debt collectors after me, final bill late, different customer service person in the email thread every time, patronising, incompetent, slow. Months later issue still ongoing and another 'final' bill was just issued after the third 'final' one.”
