Kainaat was a credit to your organisation. Knowledge polite patient and efficient .Price was slightly better than I'm currently paying bit I'm future proofing as I may go with solar panels shortly

I had an issue with the tariff I selected online and emailed octopus, Mark H COV 10 , fixed it and offered a far better and suitable tariff EXCELLENT

I called Octopus energy to ask I wanted to switch from EDF, Tom took my call and within 15 minutes I was a new customer! Very smooth way of switching and I wish I'd done it much sooner.
