I've switched to Octopus today, spoke to Dexter who was very friendly and polite, and took me through the steps of switching very clearly and was happy to answer any questions I had. Very happy with the service

Hadcss as bit of a problem with another supplier charging me for the same service which octopus does, long story, but was delt with expertly and sound

Areeba couldn’t have been more helpful and sorted an issue which 2 other suppliers hadn’t been able to help with. Excellent customer service. Prior to that I spoke to Tom who also did Octopus proud. Thank you!

The person who I spoke to (Hazel) the other day was grand, the male I spoke to when I first joined gave me wrong information and it has cost me a lot of money,not happy about that at all.

I asked Sidra if I could change to a pay as you go meter and within seconds she had shown her confidence, her excellent ( what we used to call ) bedside manner and knowledge of her job. To date she is the best call centre operator I’ve ever talked to and I’m 65 years old. She is patient, reassuring, confident and very pleasant to deal with. Octopus are very lucky to have her working for them.

Octopus is a company I find Very easy to deal with. Spoke to Tom..he was most helpfull.will be glad to come back to you..been stressed with the other company no power on 2 occasions.

The issue with my Smart Meter was not easy to solve and took longer time wise than I hoped for both Octopus and myself. However, persistence on both sides finally resolved the problem. I can now monitor my usage, which is so important these days. I was not let down by Octopus and they were as anxious to solve the problem as I was. Thanks to Leila H. and others, all is well.

This is purely based on initial contact, I'm not yet fully signed up. However, I spoke to the most beautiful gentleman called Zaid, lovely professional approach, knows his stuff and equally had a wonderful sense of humour. Hope they all get performance and review based rewards! he deserves one. Thank you.

It was a refreshing change to get through on the phone really quickly and then get to speak to a lady ( Mollie ) who knew exactly what she was talking about,I can’t believe the depth of knowledge she has it was really refreshing she made everything so easy and understandable.
