I had an issue with moving over to Octopus due to previous tenants not moving on their gas and electric, but I had a phone call with Joshua yesterday and everything was sorted. He displayed high levels of professionalism, made me feel at ease with the situation despite the fact I was quite stressed, and supported me through the process step by step with calm and helpful instructions. If every telephone operator at any company was like Joshua, I'd never feel anxious to call up a company for support again.

Monthly reports quite detailed and easy to read plus keep you upto date with new technology. Give you info on current best deal and comparisons.

Spoke to Britney to ask her to check what time my meter man was due to arrive as I had been helpfully given the time slot of between 8am and 5pm! Britney checked immediately and rang me back to confirm a time in the afternoon...and I'm very pleased to say he arrived as scheduled. Great service all round - thank you! :)

Mark from customer service team is very friendly and patient. He is willing to listen to customer enquiries and provides some suggestions to resolve the issues. He is able to think from customer perspective. Great job Mark!

Felicity was outstanding in every way. She helped with my enquiry in setting up a new account, emailed me to reset my password, took a payment to keep me up to date on my account and took meter readings to ensure everything was accurate. She advised me on upcoming products and I sorted everything I wanted to during this one visit. Would absolutely recommend Octopus Energy to anyone who asks if all your Octopus Agents are like Felicity. 10/10!

My gas meter screen has been blank for over 2 months I have e mailed them 6 times but they refuse to solve the problem they must think it will fix itself
