Pete S (Cov-10) was very friendly and chatty which made the process enjoyable and feel much quicker! Incredibly knowledgable and was able to sort out the issues straight away as well as explain it in a way I understood while advising me of the best way forward.

Phone customer services,phone answered near enough straight away. Very helpful young lady assisted me in finding a better tariff. On the phone for about 5 mins. Excellent service. Direct debit reduced by £15 a month

We phoned Octopus energy to enquire about EV tariffs, we got through to Dexter who was excellent in explaining the different tariffs that were available. Dexter was able to answer our questions, first class customer service.

Contacted octopus regarding post code query and possible switch, agent was very helpful and thorough, did not rush me and helped with ev connection. Pretty sure I will be switching after I have spoken to ovo and their proposal regarding ev charging. Thank you

I worried all night when I saw something on the Internet regarding RTS meters and whether we needed to have our electricity meter changed asap. But one quick call to the customer service telephone number was all that I needed. Spoke to Pete who quickly checked for me and assured that we were OK and didn't need a new one. Phone was answered very quickly and Pete was also very pleasant as well as helpful. Would reccomend Octopus Energy.

I have just taken over a house supplied by Octopus Energy and have been 5 days without electricity. When you phone you get either fobbed off or cut off, I spent almost 3 hours on the phone over the last 5 days, been sent various reset codes none of which have worked. Avoid at all costs. There's no continuity if you have a problem, a different person answers every time and gives bad advice. You even get told there's no manager in their department for you to speak to. Avoid, avoid, avoid. Worst company I've ever dealt with. It's still not resolved, I still have no electric and no gas as the meter isn't "commissioned"

Niamh dealt with my enquiry regarding a smart meter fitting really quickly today and managed to arrange a fitting in quick time due to a forthcoming holiday. Great friendly and efficient service.
