I rang Tom and I was very upset about it. He was very kind and assured me over the phone the credit check was positive. He also sent an email to confirm this. “I contacted Octopus Energy and spoke to Mollie today because I was looking to fine tune an automated quote due to differing personal circumstances (high off-peak electricity usage as part of the total) before switching. I had done quite a lot of research before making contact but after talking to Mollie I was even better informed and learned exactly how the process would work bearing in mind our EV and Solar PV and the exit from my current supplier.
