“Good and patient help from Grace. My questions were about viewing usage history and using the balance forecast function after recently switching to a new fixed tariff.
It seems the system resets the 'Start Date' of the usage history to the date on which the most recent fixed tariff started.
Although the system allows the cursor to be positioned in the 'Start Date' field, any changes directly entered via a keyboard are ignored. The 'Start Date' has to be changed via the pop up calendar display.
Once the 'Start Date' is changed, the usage history can be seen. After solving the issue with the usage history, the balance forecast function also worked.”
