“I am trying to move house and my move date changed. I let Octopus know but got a concerning email saying my move had taken place when it hadnât. I realise mistakes can be made so called to ensure everything was in order. I spoke to someone who was not helpful and clearly did not have a grasp of my issue but she said she had sorted it.
