Just switched to a car which is compatible with intelligent octopus go (IO). I wasn't sure how to configure my charger alongside the car and IO. The octopus team quickly gave me a few pointers to get things working.

Radhika made the switchover process smooth and hassle free despite the fact that I was switching on behalf of someone else as their LPOA. She was friendly and understanding throughout the whole process.

Tayla was very friendly but this is our second call about not receiving a gas bill. I hope the problem is resolved this time or do we need a new smart meter?

Very efficient phone handling and clear communication as to the problem with my smart meter Toni sent through a authorisation code as this appears to be the problem clear instructions as to getting it back working again well done Toni !
