“Had a really positive experience today setting up transfer of account for my new address with mollie she was very kind and patient with me inviting me to ask questions whenever I needed overall very friendly and helpful despite me asking her to read out the terms and conditions to me.”
“I have called twice already to try and pay my bill as one was not generated by smart meter. The First Lady said she would be in touch in 24-48 hours as they would troubleshoot the smart meter but never heard anything so I called back a week later and gave meter readings and he said he would generate a bill within 30 mins and nothing happened so I called back again today and Mark H Cov 10 said he could see transcript of call but nothing was entered into the system so not only did he generate the bill he knocked some money off for the inconvenience and was super lovely and efficient fixing the issue and said if I don’t receive a bill next month to call again but hopefully they will fix the meter by then.”
