Spoke to Christina was very helpful passed our information onto Mandy who also was very helpful but disappointingly no help could be offered only an electric blanket

The person I spoke to today was very efficient and you can always get trough to speak to someone if you have a query unlike a lot of the other providers. I have been with Octopus for a few years now and feel I can trust them to give me a good deal.

I was answered by Sophie who was very professional as well as kind. I wanted to change my tariff to a fixed term one and she did that for me without any fuss. I am extremely pleased with your service specially being an 81 year old lady

Very easy to Switch To Octupus energy. Areeba made the switch so simple. Much better customer service than my old electric supplier.

The guy I spoke to was excellent and easy to understand and I got the switch I wanted, without any hassle. I don't normally leave reviews but in this case he was superb!!

Mandy was really helpful - I reached out to advise I was unable to pay the automatic update & it was reduced back to my original payment. I missed the call however Mandy still managed to email me with some support which was completely unexpected. You have made a slightly stressful time that little easier o & I am very very grateful thank you 🙏🏼

I called today -14/2/25 to query a problem with my account, I poke with a very helpful lady called Parveen who looked into the issue and found the problem straight away and explained to me why this had happened. She very kindly explained what she intended to do to resolve this and ran through everything with me in detail, I was advised that this was now in the hands of the billing department to resolve the problem and asked me to check my account again in a couple of days and if I was not happy to call back. I was very impressed with the way that Parveen had dealt with my issue and I would like to thank everyone at Octopus for providing such an excellent service.

I see a lot about energy companies having a bad reputation for customer service. I have been with Octopus for 4 years, and have contacted Customer Services twice - both times they had replied to my email within 24 hours, that’s pretty good in my book.

I rang to enquire about switching and my call handler jack was brilliant answered all my questions and really delivered a great service i changed there and then ! I will be switching my mum over to in nxt few days highly recomend .

Both my husband & I spoke to Thomas to discuss a potential switch for our current supplier to Octopus Energy. Thomas had excellent knowledge about your service & the various options, together with excellent customer service skills & answering all questions we asked. We were both very impressed with being treated with respect & also Thomas had a very pleasant sense of humour & a professional manner that put us at ease which in turn without any pressure, led to us to make the decision to go ahead to become a customer.
