First class service from Andy at OE. Went over and above, very helpful. Was able to give me the info I needed, was clear and concise but also advised of additional services and bwnefits without being overbearing or pushy. Tremendous customer service rep.

You sent me estimated energy bill which was totally incorrect as we were no at home and we have smart meters. Mandy kindly sorted out the incorrect bill and compensated me with the cost of international phone call which was completely unnecessary.

Today I switched over to Octopus Energy after being with my previous supplier for 34yrs and recently I was not happy with the service so decided to switch I was recommended by a friend and Octopus had good reviews

Spoke with Felicity yesterday about my renewal premiums. Felicity was extremely helpful and assisted me with my concerns over my new pricing costs. I was trying to process why comparable websites were coming up with slightly cheaper prices when I put in my exact annual usage data supplied by Octopus Energy. I was then given guidance that I should also check the unit charges/standing charges etc when looking at cheaper quotes. This was most interesting as they all seemed higher than Octopus Energy when I did this so Felicity did make me happy with her advice. Thank you.

I spoke to Mark today regarding a bill which indicated I was heavily in arrears. He was very helpful and reassuring, he sorted the problem immediately and also provided some really useful information about tariffs. The communication both over the phone and via email has been excellent. It was a very worrying situation for me so his calm and helpful manner was much appreciated. Thank you.

Spoke to Felicity today, told her my problem and within minutes it was resolved. I was very impressed. I love being with Octopus...always excellent service....I feel very much reassured by being with Octopus.

If I've pressed the right buttons, the review should be five stars. Unlike the staff at British Gas (that still refuses the Ombudsman's order to pay me back a fortune for over-charging, and still over-charges me...) your employee Thomas seemed polite, knowledgeable and helpful. I would also like to mention that in a previous call to Octopus this morning, a lady named Radica (sp?) went out of her way to provide information about switching and generally be helpful. I hope things go well with Octopus.

Contacted about setting up an energy account with Tom that was difficult to work through due to the addresses the meters in my property not aligning with the actual address. Tom managed to sort everything in good time and was excellent communicating on the phone

Energy Specialist Vicky J was absolutely amazing and a credit to your company. She was so kind and reassuring and helped me by exploring various options to assist with my payments. She also advised me about moving forward with Octopus to alleviate any anxieties I had about future payments. I hope I am able to deal with her again in the future as she was by far the best representative for your company I have ever dealt with. Thank you Vicky for your reassurance and practical help.
