I have to say after 18 years with OVO and their very good customer service I am pleasantly surprised with Octopus. Thomas your customer services operative, dealt with me joining in a friendly and professional manner. He answered all my questions without hesitation and obviously been well trained. Well done Octopus.

Nail was so informative and helpful with my request and explained everything so that we were able to enroll my partner as an Octopus new customer and also added the £50 each to the account.

After spending an hour on chat with British Gas (my current supplier) then 5 phone calls I’d lost the will to live. A call to Octopus and a great guy called Connor answered and sorted me out in 20mins. Very professional, polite and knowledgable. So long British Gas, if you can’t answer customer queries you don’t deserve the business.

Octopus could not help me however he informed me how long I would have to wait for me to send to the grid now I have Solar panels

I spoke to a lovely young man called Zac. He put me at ease, answering all my questions regarding Octopus energy. I was so happy with the replies, that I have signed up with a fixed 12 month tariff for both my gas & electricity.
