She was very helpful as I didn’t understand price caps, she explained them to me and has put me onto a provisional fixed term tariff for when mine expires end of July . Have been with octopus for many years, no complaints and it is wonderful to be able to speak to a helpful human being when needed, not all of us are good with technology !”
