I had given an incorrect gas reading which gave me a bigger bill than I expected. I went back & my daughter took a photo which gave me the correct reading. Vic was very, very helpful in sorting it out for me, thank you Vic.

I was struggling to understand my solar panels on a house I have recently purchased. Sam T was fantastic and really helped answer all my queries, I actually would have been clueless without him. Thank you for your help.

I called Octopus because I'm having issue with smart meter readings since my switch. I had almost no wait on hold, and Emily managed to offer up a solution, or at least next steps and reasonable conjecture as to possible faults, very quickly. Follow up e-mail for further required details received immediately after the call. Just good, solid, knowledgeable service of the sort you don't find much these days.

I called Octopus and spoke to an advisor called Pete. I thought my phone call would take a while but Pete sorted it all within a few minutes, he understood my query, dealt with it extremely efficiently and treated me as a person. It also didn’t take me long to get through to Pete and I didn’t have a load of push buttons to do to speak to someone. Thanks Octopus!! 🐙

Call was answered quickly. Felicity understood my query and dealt with it very quickly along with an email instantaneously for new quote. Gave great information on what to do when I move house.

Tom, my call handler was excellent in giving me advice and answering all my many questions before I decided to go ahead with my switch to Octopus. He was polite, patient, courteous and knowledgeable in his field. Thank you Tom, your assistance was much appreciated. You most certainly are a benefit to the Octopus Team 👍

I just moved first time to a new house in UK. I had some confusions regarding bills setup Adam helped me with all my questions and even set up my online account which I was struggling with and overall I got great customer service and everything was sorted in 10 minutes. Thanks Adam Thanks octopus

Very helpful. Clear and concise. Understood the numbers and they sync with my workings. Easy and completed the 3 Meter switches in under 15 mins.

Mark H COV 10 was very helpful. He elucidated the problem and suggested a fix tariff instead of the variable one - which I accepted. However, on receiving confirmation of the change from variable to fixed, I saw that the per unit prices were (are) exactly the same, so whether this change is advantageous is open to question.
