Excellent and immediate response to my queries regarding upcoming meter changes for some old meters, and whether the changes are necessary for my Economy 7 meter. Fortunately, for me, they aren't!

Joshua was clear precise, knowledgeable & a pleasure to talk to. Great start to my new account with Octopus Energy. If thatโ€™s the customer service in general then this relationship is going to be a success. Better news is that I actually spoke to a real person? Yes real, unless Joshua was an AI version of himself?

Jaimie-Leigh was very kind and respectful when I made my request for assistance. I have tinnitus and was having difficulty hearing but when I told her of my problem she reacted properly and spoke slower and slightly louder. Octopus responded as I wished and my refund was paid quickly. Thank you for your assistance.

Iโ€™ve given 4 stars due to smart meter not billing for night energy since installation in March. Disappointed. Glad I checked my bill. Grace deserves 5 stars as she has now corrected the error. She was very helpful knowledgeable and polite.

I am taking on a commercial property for the first time and had some confusing circumstances. I rang to ask a lot of questions to figure out how/when I could move to Octopus (who I use personally too). Amaan was SO patient and helpful!! I'm now all ready to go as soon as we move in!
