I called Octopus to switch both gas & elec. Aysha was so lovely on the call, she was both professional & patient & knowledgeable of the product. Aysha advised me of the tariffs & answered all my questions even going through the tariffs again to ensure I had all the relevant information. Aysha then walked me through the switching over process & reassured me throughout by explaining everything to alleviate any concerns.
Aysha also asked me several times if I was happy for the switch & proceeded at a pace that was comfortable for me.

“I had tried to switch to Octopus on line a few weeks ago, my old supplier had been in touch to confirm my account with them had closed as they had closed my Direct Debit. As nobody was now taking any money for my energy I tried to log onto the site to be told there was no trace of my change request or e-mail on the system. I rang in and spoke to a lady named Rachael who was very helpful and pleasant to deal with. She said this sometimes happens but went through the process over the phone. I am particularly impressed that if help is needed you can actually speak to someone on the phone. The phone number is easily found and is very quickly answered, unlike many businesses these days where you are kept waiting for ages or they will only respond to emails!!”
