Sam was calm confident and helpful. So many customer service people sound as if they dont want to be doing their jobs and despite it being a hot day and a Friday afternoon sam went out of his way to help. If he lived nearby I would buy him a beer!”

My call was answered almost immediately (which is rare with almost all other company's) by Joshua Reader and although he couldn't advise me directly whether to go with a fixed or variable tariff, which was quite understandable, he did give me a few pro's and con's which helped me to decide.
