I rang about a change of tariff. There was none of the automated questions and button pressing. The music was better than most. The one person who answered the phone dealt with my query without putting me on hold or transferring me. She was courteous and helpful. The call only took a few minutes. Thanks

Absolutely fantastic customer service from Octopus Energy - Terry S went above and beyond to help resolve my issue quickly and clearly. Friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely keen to assist, Terry made the whole experience smooth and stress free. A real credit to the team!

My phone call was answered relatively quickly, fella called Jay Bradbury was very polite, friendly and immediately helpful. Telling me I would benefit a move to the fixed 12 month rate, clearly explained why and assured me my payments would be reduced next month. It was a brilliantly easy process as Jay updated my records. Very very helpful many thanks

Horrific customer service. Consistently told my issue has been escalated and is being treated with priority only to hear nothing. Have had to go to Ombudsman to find a resolution to a year's worth of direct debit payments they have no record of receiving despite sending me statements confirming my payments. Have had to provide excessive amounts of evidence as apparently they have no record keeping on their side. Very stressful experience never had anything like it. Avoid at all cost.

The young lady was very professional no problems at all But not happy with what I've been paying 2 bedroom terraced looked on line prices ridiculous to what I've been paying over last years. Let's see if you reply to to this message. David

As my contract was coming to an end & with all the hype about how high prices will be going up, but I was pleasantly surprised at what my new tariff will be for the next year. So one very happy customer thank you.

I phoned to discussing changing to Octopus as my supplier, explaining I had a new set of solar panels and battery storage. Tom discussed the best tariff with my installer and we agreed on Flux. Tom then explained the process to me and I started to receive emails guiding me through it - activating my smart meter, taking my first import reading and agreeing my initial direct debit payment. So far so good.
