I’ve never had such a stress free experience ringing up a supplier! I’m almost lost for words, they answered quickly, dealt with my request and offered helpful advice.

Joshua was excellent 10 out of 10 he made it so easy to move to Octopus and everything about Octopus seems to make the costumer very important. After setting up on the phone we felt really good.

I rang today an spoke too Pete S with regards to changing too an Exporting Tarrif. Pete was very polite an friendly, explaining everything in great detail.

Today I had a very positive experience on the phone with one of your colleagues Joseph Reader. I came to him with an ongoing issue I’ve been having an he was very helpful and informative. Where I’d been losing hope im resolving my situation, he has given me a solid way to find a solution, which I have began acting on this evening. I’d like to say a big thank you to Joseph for being so kind, friendly, helpful and informative. Please hire more colleagues like Joseph!

Tom helped me set up my account as a first time home owner. The process was really fast and easy. He talked me through the tarrifs and how they worked, then helped me set up my account and direct debit and took my meter readings into the account. All within 8 minutes, very quick and happy with the process.

Excellent service as we have a tricky account with multiple meters and solar/ev. Areeba was very polite and efficient and handled a complex enquiry extremely competently. If the rest of our dealings are as good I will be very happy switching to Octopus.

I dealt with Adam and Zac today. Very happy with their advice. I am changing to Octopus in August and will be saving on my monthly Direct Debit. Wish I had done it sooner! E Ripley

I rang to renew my electricity tariff and Felicity answered the phone quickly and professionally. She was able to give me the information I needed and then also emailed it over so that I could consider it and have a link to renew my choice. This all happened within only a few minutes of my call and I'm now set up for another 12 months. Well done Octopus (and Felicity!)

Ross answered my call quickly (within a minute). He introduced himself and was polite and articulate as he discussed my query with me. All of my questions were answered fully and left no outstanding issues. I love Octopus energy and have been a customer for a long time. Service and prices are always excellent. Thank you team!! Ali G
