“The young lady I spoke to was extremely helpful. Explained the available options for my pending new tariff and set the wheels in motion. She also was concerned when I explained that my smart meter hadn't worked for over two years and that my bills were being estimated despite me having reported the problem several times. She sounded promising in that I would at least get a visit! Hopefully it can be sorted as I suffer with arthritis in my knees and find it difficult to read my meters. All in all I was happy to stay with Octopus despite this problem.”
