“Hello Lucy, First of all thank you very much for your help yesterday on sorting out my new tariff, . As we discussed, on an email from Octopus on the 6th August 2025 I had chosen the 12m fixed tariff which was offered which was as follows.
Electric daily charge 56.60 per day and unit rate of 24.56 kwh
Gas daily charge 28.94 per day and unit rate of 5.73 kwh.
However on the 22nd of September I recieved an email saying I was rolling onto the Flexible tariff, which confused me so I rang and spoke to you. Yor were most helpful and pleasant and we discussed the matter of me actually going onto the 12m fixed.
I also enquired as to the latest fixed price which you said was a bit better and agreed to set me up with that at £209 per month.
Now today I recieved your confirmation email only to find thet the new prices are dearer than the fixed price I had chosen in August. ie Electric 25.76 per day and 58.91 kwh and Gas 33.19 per day and 5.70 kwh £219.02 per month.
Could you please check this out and let me know.
