“Hi,
I had a query regarding my bill which went from around £600 in credit to around £1000 debit - clearly concerning!
I rang to discuss if this was correct and Tayla took the call. She was professional, empathetic and helpful from the start - a real credit to your Company. When she put me "on hold" to allow her time to investigate it didn't take long. She couldn't resolve the issue but she did say she would email as soon as she had an answer. I was ok with this and she was true to her word and the email arrived within 30 minutes of the call ending - very happy with my overall experience.”
“I had a problem and contacted Octopus. I spoke to Waverley and she dealt with my issue quickly and efficiently. She resolved it to my full satisfaction. Octopus customer service was excellent yet again.”
“Terry was able to correct an issue with my account, gave great advice on helping me with many questions I needed answers to, great customer service! Thank you”
“Felicity was most helpful in our communications over the last couple of days when I was considering moving elsewhere. I find Octopus very easy to deal with: their communications are very clear and transparent and I have found over the past two or three years that their customer service is excellent.”
“Lauryn was very helpful when I wanted to change my method of payment.
Clear instructions and all went to plan.
Thank you for your accurate and speedy help with a smile”
