I had a few issues getting the Intelligent Drive Pack added to my account. Ross picked up my email, resolved the issue and kindly backed dated the start date. Nice service recovery.

Quick response to emails (same day or next) and from humans! Sooo much better than the usual ‘we will reply in 5-10 working days’ from most large utilities or organisations.

Sammy, was very helpful and ensured my questions where answered quickly. She corrected what I later released was my type error. It was a real pleasure to hear another person on the phone so quickly after dialing the help line number. A refreshing change from most suppliers I have been dealing with while moving house.

After receiving our latest energy bill we noticed a huge spike in usage and payment request. A short phone call a delightful operative “Lauryn” who was very understanding and helpful quickly realised my issue and put things right within minutes. An absolute pleasure talking to a human being instead of battling through a website. Thank you Lauren
