I phoned today as I had a problem with my tablet whilst trying to switch to Octopus from my current provider. I spoke to Mylah who was extremely helpful and efficient. The whole thing took a very short time and the phone was answered very quickly. I left the call being satisfied with my decision to change to Octopus. Thank you Mylah!

Somehow my application to change supplier did not go through, so I did not know quite what to do. On phoning I spoke to Kieran who immediately sorted out the problem and got it all back on track within a few minutes. Very grateful. Thank you

Today I spoke with Kainaat. She was incredibly helpful, well informed and listened to my query. She then explained what my next steps would need to be all whilst sounding positive and helpful. In a world of disengaged sounding call centre operatives, it makes a real change, to get a bubbly one. Thanks Kainatt!

Myla was very helpful in completing the switch of electricity supplier to our business. It was not possible to complete online due to deposit requirement but she explained everything in detail, ensured I understood and obviously had good knowledge of the company.

Really easy to switch with actual staff (Emily) who answer the phone and are super helpful and knowledgeable. Other companies take note, this is how customer want to be treated not be met with a chat bot
