Called Octopus before setting-up new EV Charger and Intelligent Octopus Go. Pete was very helpful in doing a calculation comparison on my estimated future savings compared with current electricity account. Excellent work Pete. Many thanks Rob Harwood

I’m already an Octopus customer and I was helping my neighbour join. Her surname is Elvis so you can imagine the surprise when Jailhouse Rock was played while we were on hold. She is nearly 88 and I’m in my 81st year. We were jiving about in our seats, crying with laughter! Jamie-Leigh was very, very helpful and a delight to talk to and also a very great help. Thank you Jamie-Leigh. These days it’s so nice to speak to a real human instead of pressing buttons all the time. Very impressed Octopus,

I have had nothing but assistance from Octopus since I first contacted them. My last correspondence with Jamie-Leigh was resolved so quickly, much better than many other companies. I usually prefer to telephone with queries and whilst Octopus do provide a number, if it isn’t absolutely necessary to speak to someone an email will be answered very quickly and depending on the time you send it, maybe even the same day.

I called Octopus energy about the proposed increase in my monthly direct, my call was answered by a Rep within 5 minutes, Sam was friendly, professional and understanding. He answered my query swiftly and also offered further advice which was useful.

Very friendly customer service! Felt like Josh (the service provider) went above and beyond for his customer service, was incredibly polite, and incredibly helpful in explaining the options available for my situation as well as sorting out my details to create my account successfully!!!

I had what I thought was a malfunction on my electricity meter which Indicated to me I i had used an additional 1000 units in a month. I was shocked .i emailed Octopus immediately sent a snap shot of my meter Salim responded quickly , he advised me I hadn’t used the 1000 I had mis read the pointer on the dials . What a relief he was reassuring and most helpful . Excellent customer service .thank you Salim . 😋

Switching to Octopus Energy, was as simple as counting to 1,2,3. There advisors were clear with every step. No hard sell or trying to sign you up a.s.a.p. They went through everything at a nice steady pace. If you were unsure, they would recap until you were 100% sure about every detail. Also without asking, they asked if I required to be placed on a priority / vulnerable listing, before it was my next question. 10/10. Prior to switching & on the back numerous friends & family recommendations. I can now understand why, they have come to get great reviews. On this particular day, it was Raiyon that guided me. 10/10 +
