Niall sorted those changes for me, seeking confirmation of the actual details before actually actioning them. I then had a query about applying for payment for the excess electricity generated by my solar panels. Again Niall was polite and patient and talked me through the options on the telephone and did not just rely on sending me a link to online information. I was advised of what I needed to do to initiate an application on my account and how long the process might take to be concluded. I have subsequently been able to make this application and I look forward to seeing the results in due course.”
