Had a couple of queries and spoke to a very helpful member of the team Aysha who answered everything in a knowledgeable professional manner unlike my current supplier - a breath of fresh air !!! Aysha even noted with have our domestic supply through Octopus too and added on the referral incentive which I was not aware we could do - Excellent friendly first class service :-)”
“Firstly the phone was answered within 5 minutes by a charming man, Amaan. My previous suppliers averaged a 20 minute wait and then months of daily unhelpful service. One month 17 hours on hold! And problem still not sorted, 3 years now! Have changed supplier hoping for better customer svs and like the CEOs principles. We shall see!. Can not fault Amaan and service so far. Thank you”
