Signed up for a new contract online with Octopus Business to start January, it can not start soon enough as Smartest Energy have been awful offering no support for small businesses. Had a couple of queries and spoke to a very helpful member of the team Aysha who answered everything in a knowledgeable professional manner unlike my current supplier - a breath of fresh air !!! Aysha even noted with have our domestic supply through Octopus too and added on the referral incentive which I was not aware we could do - Excellent friendly first class service :-)

Firstly the phone was answered within 5 minutes by a charming man, Amaan. My previous suppliers averaged a 20 minute wait and then months of daily unhelpful service. One month 17 hours on hold! And problem still not sorted, 3 years now! Have changed supplier hoping for better customer svs and like the CEOs principles. We shall see!. Can not fault Amaan and service so far. Thank you

Whenever I speak to Octopus they are always helpful and look to go the extra mile. This is the second home I've used them for and I won't be going anywhere else. The call handler today was brillian; I literally can't fault them. Everything was explained so I'm happy.

Just signed up with Octopus. Fantastic service from Dominika to set us up when the online sign-up couldn't work because of a technical issue. Very polite and efficient, providing sound advice, and getting us up and running quickly. Thoroughly recommend actually talking to someone! Hopefully, the in-service support will be as good!!

Thanks Sophie for your help today I was a bit worried that I would be forced to have a smart meter an lose my fixed deal but thanks for sorting things out for me I'll know look to changing my meter after Christmas thanks again Martin

Octopus’ customer service is second to none, I am always able to get through and they are always able to help, brilliant service with ethical and sustainable energy, as a personal and a business customer I cannot recommend then enough, 5 stars All round. Becca helped me open my business account today and she was fantastic, explaining everything and giving me all the options. Brilliant!

After been told I couldn't have a display unit for my prepayments meter, I rang octopus customer service, I got through without a long wait . The adviser I spoke to mandy was helpful and polite she sorted it out for me the same day. Excellent.
