Spoke with Uzair and made and just made the switch. He was really good and explained everything well in clear and simple terms. He even mentioned things I had forgotten to ask, such as the fact I am a vulnerable customer.

Dexter from Customer Services has been brilliant today in helping me with the challenges of setting up my mother’s new electricity account! He was reassuring about how to resolve the problem and best of all - sent me an email so I don’t have to start again explaining things to a new advisor on the phone 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

After trying to resolve an unwanted energy switch to a different company via a moving company Octopus and Zaid helped explain the issues we are facing and has gone out of his way to get our energy switched over to themselves, customer service is top notch and so is the wait times on the phone, I have barely spent anytime on hold or waiting for an advisor!

Spoke with a very pleasant lady called Beth who helped me to transfer my gas account over from EDF. She was very helpful and had the answers to my questions and queries. She was a pleasure to talk with.

They wanted to increase my payments to an amount I couldn't afford so I phoned customer service and spoke to a lovely guy who was understanding and decreased it to an amount I could comfortably do. He explained everything clearly and it was no hassle or headache, he did it straight away! πŸ˜ŠπŸ‘

No nonsense handling on phone of switch from frustrating chaotic OVO to Octopus. Greg Jackson knew what I needed and whole exercise was completed in short time - incl flexible direct debit and covering 3 accounts.

I recently made a terror error in my octopus account , but was SO LUCKY to be helped by Sammy . She went to great lengths to sort out my mistake and has put things right for me. I am eternally grateful to her as the mistake involved money which as we are pensioners in our 70s and 80s and this money which we find difficult to lose. Thank you Sammy I am eternally grateful for all your help. Kind regards Christine xx
