George was a first class person to have dealing with my problem. The comms on my smart meters must have been knocked out by an electrical storm.

I was quite happy as it is a lower tarrif but my daughter who is with octopus is put on a lower duel tariff ghe only difference is i have smart meter she sends reading in?

Spoke with Uzair and made and just made the switch. He was really good and explained everything well in clear and simple terms. He even mentioned things I had forgotten to ask, such as the fact I am a vulnerable customer.

Dexter from Customer Services has been brilliant today in helping me with the challenges of setting up my motherโ€™s new electricity account!
