“I had a 4 point speeding ticket in NY on my JOL - as an MA resident that means thousands of dollars of fines, a suspended license, et cetera and so forth. It was looking grim, but with Off the Record and Ronald S Cook as my lawyer, I ended up with a 2 point right on red and kept my license. “I'm very happy that my ticket was reduced to get rid of my points and lower the fine, but the one complaint I would have is that there wasn't the greatest communication. I got a letter from the court saying that I would have to appear in January 2022 for the pretrial, but then it turns out my lawyer made the plea in August instead? It's all fine in the end, but I just would have liked to have been kept in the loop a little more. Thank you for the service, would use again.”
