“This is fantastic and long overdue. I hadn’t had a moving violation in 15 years and was stopped in WI on my way to a meeting in MPLS the next morning. I’m 50 and was driving an expensive car and the patrol that stopped me looked 12 and treated me to an interrogation for what reason? Tickets to generate revenue shouldn’t be allowed.
