“I'm highly disappointed with the attorney that was assigned to me. I really feel like they didn't do their job. They could have got my ticket completely dismissed if they had filed discovery for the on-board dash cam and shown the court that I was legitimately passing another vehicle when I got my ticket for speeding. I will be requesting a refund.”

“I have used OTR twice now. Both times I was paired with someone local to the court, and got the outcome I wanted. I did not step foot in court once. The website is simple and easy to understand, but the chat interface won't allow for certain files to be uploaded. Just convert any documents you plan on sending to a .PDF and it will work. I did not have any trouble in getting responses from my attorneys or in seeing the messages they sent me. The email integration is excellent and allows you to see the messages sent by attorneys without logging on to the main site. I feel that the price is fair for the convenience of finding a attorney close to your courthouse. I can say that there are cheaper options, such as hiring an attorney directly. The problem is that it made more sense for me to use the OTR site and not face any hassle of calling around or sending emails. It's a very convenient app and site and I will use it again if necessary.”

“While driving cross country I got a speeding ticket in NY, a days drive from my final destination. Feeling that the citation was unfair but no idea how to effective contest the citation, a google search led me to Off The Record. I had zero expectations of a positive outcome but figured I try it. Next thing I know my lawyer gives me the news that the speeding ticket was reduced to illegal parking and the total fine, plus fees from OTR, turned into to be less than if I simply paid the ticket! “Off the Record is the Real Deal, I was a lil spectical on giving this a try myself but I still gave it a try and it was as easy as 1,2,3. I hired a lawyer for a previous ticket and the cost of that was pretty high, and he did what Off the record could do for a lower price. Cant Beat That!”
