“I think the process was really simple. It's an affordable option, especially for those, like myself, who have no desire to interface with today's court systems. I hate a speeding ticket. I knew I'd have to pay something, so having the charges reduced to a fine instead of moving violation was a great and as-advertised outcome. I would definitely recommend, as I have. Hopefully I don't need the service again, but should I, I wouldn't hesitate to use.”

It was a great experience and hopefully I'll never have to use it again! Would highly recommend to anyone with a traffic ticket to try this first before paying your ticket fine. “I feel pretty scammed. Yes, they do divide you a lawyer. However, I paid 150% the cost of my ticket, which I did happily knowing that I’d be saving by getting the points knocked off my record, saving me money in the long term. This was not the case… After paying for the lawyer, he was able to get the points taken off my charge. Great! Except, he was unable to get the fine taken off my ticket. Off the record considered my case won, because the points were taken off. Because of this, they will not allow me to be refunded or to put any of my deposit for the lawyer towards the fine. So at this point, I have paid nearly $400 for a $175 ticket that still remains on my record (without points). I feel pretty ripped off!”

“Service is decently affordable. Lawyer refuesed to communicate with me at all, but you get what you pay for I guess. Also, lied to me about getting my ticket reduced the one time he did resond to my multiple, calls, texts, emails, etc. Would have been better off not using this service at all. WOULD NEVER USE AGAIN.”
