“This is a great service and has a low barrier of entry in using it. The website and application interfaces are intuitive. It makes connecting with a lawyer seamless. The price is very fair considering the time and money you save, and most importantly peace of mind. My OTR fee was $200. Well worth it as my ticket was over $500 and my case was completely dismissed, so no impact on my record and insurance. I only actively spent an hour or two throughout this whole process; finding out about the service, submitting the ticket, and a few conversations back and forth with the lawyer. Do keep in mind that it takes a while to resolve as mine took about 6 months, though this is likely the strategy that favors the case.”

“I just found this email in my inbox, I had off the record help me almost a year ago with a driving too fast for conditions ticket that I got when I totaled my BMW. Off the Record handled everything and I didn't even have to show up in court. AND it cost less than the ticket to get a lawyer and fight the ticket.. No brainer. I will definitely use them if I ever get a ticket again ( hoping I won't but with my record... most likely will be a repeat customer) I'll for sure be calling you guys. lol”

“Completely unsatisfied! I paid $195 for law office fee for the lawyer just to reinstate traffic school that I was originally offered for $311. In total I paid $460 so I lost $150 using this service. Communication was terrible the entire time with the attorney. I had to ask for an update 10 days after the court date because I heard nothing from her. I asked for a partial refund and multiple customer service representatives said they considered this case a win and would not offer any compensation. I do NOT recommend.”
