“Outstanding Attorney who hold his promise. I received a reckless driving charge in June 2024, this year. I never had any traffic violations before hence held a clean slate driving record so I was very concerned about this particular charge. After thorough research, I ended up reaching out to Mr. Long. He's very professional, honest, and straightforward in all of our interactions. He did not make me any wild promises, but did let me know what I should expect and what he could realistically achieve. He asked me to complete online Drivers Improvement Program classes and write a personal statement along with copies of my Driving Records before the offence and after the completion of the Drivers Program certification that adds points to your driving record. He was great about responding to emails and/or voicemails in a timely manner, and I found his fee to be very fair. My charge ended up getting reduced to a non moving violation, which did not carry any driving point penalties, something I remain very thankful for. All-in-all, I would highly recommend Mr. Long to anyone looking for a lawyer in the area. Once again - thank you for everything that you did in court for me.”

“Barry from Allegan , MI had careless driving and no proof of insurance in vehicle , facing 370.00 in fines and 3 points on record, my attorney Sean McDermott, got the careless driving reduced to 1-5 over speed limit which was 1 hunderd fine and one point on record,had the no proof of insurance in vehicle thrown out, it would have cost me six months of insurance premiums, and the 3points would have raised insurance 36.00 for 3years, it was well worth the 360.00 fee for attorney, thank you off the road!!!”

“It’s too stressful to be cited for speeding.
