“This is my first experience with off the record . While being slightly skeptical of on line quick fixes. I have them a try and it was the easiest thing to plead my ticket down without leaving my home. “Wonderful service. From beginning to end Off The Record takes all the information necessary, and then says "relax we have this". Being pulled over by a Peace Officer is stressful enough and then add on the Ticket. With Off The Record handling things the stress about court and what to do, is all eliminated. All the information about what to expect and how things work is all explained clearly in the beginning. Communication is setup very well. One can communicate to their assigned attorney through the system. Though I really had to do absolutely nothing, had I needed anything, staff is available to answer questions and set their clients at ease. Understandably, not all Tickets may be dismissed. That is all explained in the beginning and one is given a clear path to follow and how the fee structure works in that event. There are times when even if driving safely and lawfully one might receive a speeding ticket or other type of moving violation. When that happens it can be frustrating, intimidating and possibly wreak havoc on insurance rates, one's employment and various other factors. There are also the times one gets a little heavy footed while trying to get to work or home and suddenly those dreaded lights appear behind you. We all need to be driving safely and with courtesy, being attentive to all that surrounds us. However, when that time happens to come and you find yourself with a Speeding Ticket, I highly recommend Off The Record. I should note that this is the SECOND time this company has helped my family. First was my wife, and then most recently they helped me. Happy to report Dismissals in both instances! Drive safely.”
