“OTR was extremely easy to use. I received a ticket going 41 in a 30 which was the first ticket I’ve ever received. OTR was able to reduce my fine and change the traffic violation to a non moving violation so it won’t go on my driving record or affect my insurance premiums. “I received good and helpful service from Off the Record. It also saved me having to show up in person in court or alternatively pay a fine and receive points when it was important to me that the judge understood the context of my speeding violation. Communications from the traffic court could have been better but I believe this was due to the pandemic closing down the court which resulted in a huge backlog to work through once reopening occurred. I general, I was pleased with the attorney who worked with me on my case and he was very attentive.”
