“Off The Record made it almost too easy to help me fight my ticket. At the beginning of the process, I couldn't help but think "this can't be a real thing", but it totally makes sense why the company exists when you think about it - the demand for keeping insurance increases due to points down. I was very quickly matched up with a local attorney once I paid the fee and uploaded into from my ticket. I then set a court date myself, and exchanged information about the incident, including photo evidence that showed I couldn't have known the speed limit. In the end, I won the case and I was very happy with my attorney and her politeness and reassurance in how to handle the process. OTR was a very pleasant experience.”
