“I was pretty worried when I got my tickets. These were the first driving tickets I'd ever gotten and I had no idea how to navigate through the legal system. I'd received all these letters from lawyers in my area urging me to contact them for a consultation and all charging around $200 or more. It was a bit overwhelming. So instead of going with any of those lawyers, I Googled lawyers for driving tickets to see if I could get a one online and sure enough I found Off the Record. It has fantastic reviews across multiple sites, so I decided to go with it. And I'm very happy that I did. It was a slightly cheaper option than most of the lawyers who had sent me letters in the mail. And the lawyer I ended up with was very reassuring when I first spoke to him on the phone. I do wish his office would have explained that there was nothing I needed to do until the court date. But it wasn't a big deal, I contacted them about a week before and that's when they told me that. Then my court date came, my lawyer spoke with the prosecutor and that was it. He got two of my tickets dismissed and the third downgraded to something with no points so I was extremely happy with the outcome. I hope to not get any more driving tickets, but if I do I'll definitely be using off the Record again.”
