“I think the service was not that great. Onyl benefit was reducing the points that i did not have any othe choice. I was hoping any lawyer would be better defend me. I could have gone to court and probably gotten the same deal. Lawyer cost me extra. I would have been ok with a little higher fine and no point -- a different violation.”

“It’s true. Not all heroes wear a cape. Super impressed with Off The Record. Pre-COVID-19 I had gotten pullover for doing 15 over speed limit, getting supplies for my family and I was nervous seeing as this was my first ticket. I was assigned to Robert Chapnick to assist me and man am I glad I did this. I humbly appreciate his hard work and dedication. Paying a relatively small fee to have (0) points on your license is a small price to pay to avoid future headaches which most don’t seem to understand. “Was being bad one day and decided to speed home to beat traffic. Thanks to my luck, I got pulled over but a little charm let the cop lower my ticket in half. Nonetheless, I went ahead and hired Off The Record to waive the ticket for me since it was my first speeding ticket and I didn't want my insurance rates going up. I was matched to an awesome lawyer who emailed me 5 months later (covid reduced hearings and what not) saying he got the ticket reduced to a non moving violation, but the court still ordered me to pay a fee. Nonetheless, I'm still very happy with this app for making it easy to hire a lawyer to help a girl out and i'm glad to see that my insurance rates won't be going up anytime soon.
