“Wouldn't respond for months when I would message them asking for updates until they finally emailed saying the ticket was dismissed. Although updates would have been nice to help ease my anxiety, they were very affordable, offered money back if they couldn't dismiss it, and did the job! “They got the point off my record if I go to traffic school and “reduced my fine” but it wasn’t even enough to cover the fee I paid them. So, I actually paid more than if I had just paid the original fine. They did take care of everything and I didn’t have to go to court, but I thought paying for this service would do more than it did. I still have to do traffic school and pay for that too. I think I could’ve done this much if I had I gone into court myself.”
