“Good. At first I didn't had big expectations from this app. The lawyer barely communicated with me, he didn't told me much, but he told me he will take care of my case and he absolutely did, and I'm so happy because of that. I got a Speeding ticket, (not proud of it), I was going 20 over the speed limit. This was on 70 on Maryland. I got the speed ticket for $290 and 5 points on my license. What I was worried about was the points, so I decided to look for a lawyer and I got to say I got a good one with this app. Give this app a try, it worked for me, the judge dismissed the ticket. I will obviously think twice before spending again, but in case I get in trouble again I will completely and without doubt use this app again. Remember to learn from our mistakes and be careful while driving.”

“This team runs an excellent service. Communication is great throughout and I felt very comfortable with the process. They got my ticket dismissed which was awesome. Just be aware that the court booking process take a considerable amount of time, that’s not OTR’s fault, just that the system is backed up. It may take several months for it to get resolved but they were great in letting me know they were on top of it the whole time. Thanks OTR!”

“If you are wondering if you should use OTR, the answer is yes! I was a little hesitant but I couldn't be more satisfied with the service. It was pretty straight forward. I submitted my ticket, assigned an attorney and a few months later, I received and email saying it was dismissed. It's never to late either. I had received a threat of collections prior to reaching out. I almost sucked it up and paid it. So happy I didn't. Do it!”

“The attorney I was assigned didn’t show up for court. After I drove 2 hours both ways, and sat in court for 5 hours, the State Attorney call my attorney twice with no answer, and the Judge and State both stated it was the attorneys job to be there. I can’t resolve the case without the attorney there because they already filed as my Attorney of record. Now I have to hire a different attorney and drive back to court in 2 months. This has already gotten to the point that it’s costing me more than the original ticket and Off The Record refuses to refund my money even though their attorney didn’t show up. They claim that their service got 2 points knocked off the ticket, but the Judge said that was already an offer before they spoke to my “attorney”, and even that offer I could not accept without the attorney present.”

“I recently got a ticket for rolling through a stop sign. I am 62 and a very safe driver, I have never had any traffic violations and felt this one was over the top as they were clearly trying to meet a quota. I witnessed 4 other cars pulled over in my neighborhood at the same time. I was very distraught over it with all the aggressive drivers out on the road that I encounter daily and thus is where they are focusing their time?? I found Off the Record online on a Sunday and filled out the request for help. Monday morning I had already been assigned an attorney and by noon I heard from that attorney. He wanted to hear my side of what prompted this ticket and listened very patiently until I was done. He explained what would happen next in detail and made sure all of my questions were answered. He took over everything from there. I just had to sit back and wait while he handled everything. The fee was well worth it. I would have had to pay anyway. I would rather pay the attorney to speak on my behalf than pay an unjust fine. If i do something wrong, I will pay the consequences, but in this case I was shocked at how the officer handled the situation. I am very pro cops and fully against this defund our police garbage and they have my support. My attorney represented me in court, I did not have to go, but could if I wanted to. He let me know the court date and by noon that day, had emailed and called me to let me know my ticket had been fully dismissed! No points, no fines! He also wanted to know if I had any further questions. I highly recommend them if you feel you were treated unfairly.”
