You had studio made-on-demand titles on your order. As such, we indicated it would be 5-7 business days before the order could ship, and 2-8 business days after shipment for delivery. We shipped it in 6 business days, and it was delivered to you two business days after delivery. Promptness: they ship fast usually it was the same or next day. Packaging-they have sent my orders in sturdy hard to damage cartons-I consider this important for box sets!”
