“Oldies often has hard to find things and the prices are usually fair. Service is prompt and shipped items always arrive undamaged because packaging is first rate. Where improvement is needed is in the area of communication. Items that are canceled for whatever reason are not clearly identified, nor is a reason given. This is frustrating.”

“I Only received 8 of the 12 items I ordered and for which I paid yet the email I received says the order was delivered. NO mention that it might be a partial order. I tried to call on March 25th and a recording says they were moving and no one available in customer service until April 5th. Also, no one would be available either to respond to emails or talk on the phone. I can perhaps understand why they might not be able to answer phones but to not have anyone to answer emails in 2023 is really bad business. I was on a cruise recently in Antarctica and could answer emails. I know Philly has gotten bad but really that bad?? BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. That being said, their prices are good and they have a good selection.”
