“I HAVE BEEN LOOKING FOR MICHAEL FOR 5 YEARS AT GARAGE SALES AND ESTATE SALES AND EVAN WITH YOU. I ALSO ORDERED A LOT OF DVDS FROM YOU PEOPLE BACK WHEN MY WIFE WAS SICK AND BEDRIDDEN! BUT SOMEONE BORROWED IT AND NEVER RETURNED IT AND THAT WAS 5 YEARS AGO. I USE TO GET BOOKLETS FROM YOU A FEW YEARS BACK BUT WAS STILL WORKING AND NEVER HAD TIME TO WATCH ANY AND MY FAMILY KIDS ALWAYS COME AND GET SOME BUT NEVER RETURN THEM ANYMORE! THANKS FOR MAKING MY DAY BY GETTING THAT DVD SET. PLEASE SEND ME THE BOOKLET I WOULD LIKE TO SEE WHAT IS OUT THERE NOW...THANKS AGAIN FOR DOING BUSINESS WITH YOU AGAIN! JON JAY BALL”
