I ordered 4 records, all came in damaged covers, 1 was unplayable. I emailed customer service and was told I needed to call their customer service during their business hours. When I called, I was told a replacement was being shipped and given an ETA. After another 2 weeks waiting I contacted customer service again and was told nothing is being shipped and they won't honor a return. Don't waste your time, their packaging is terrible so if your order is damaged they won't do anything about it. I have email chains and phone logs to support this review.

Kieran, First off, we are sorry that your order arrived damaged and that one LP had a manufacturer defect. As we told you, ***we're more than happy*** to make this right. When you contacted us, you mentioned nothing about the damage, and a return label was issued for the single defective item. We never promised that a replacement for one item (or the entire order) would be sent before the return was received, or without requiring a return at all. We are more than willing to offer you a pre-paid return label for the entire order, and we'll replace what we're able to replace upon receipt of the return. If we can't replace -- or if you don't want to replace -- we'll ***certainly*** issue a refund. We communicated this to you and asked that you contact us to speak with a Customer Service Supervisor. You refused to do so, and made threats about posting negative reviews everywhere, which you've done . Our offer still stands... contact us at 1-800-336-4627 and ask to speak with a Customer Service Supervisor... we'll make things right, as promised. Best regards, CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPT OLDIES

I opened the box for the DVDs and there were none in the case.

You had studio made-on-demand titles on your order. As such, we indicated it would be 5-7 business days before the order could ship, and 2-8 business days after shipment for delivery. We shipped it in 6 business days, and it was delivered to you two business days after delivery. "Estimated delivery Tuesday, July 4th 2023 to Friday, July 14th 2023" -- your order was delivered on July 6th. Best regards, CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPT OLDIES.com

I was given one price, then it was raised twice. The CD was delivered broken. Will have to rethink using you. I was charged for UPS and it was delivered USPS, why was that?

I've ordered from them twice. The first time, they sent me a really warped record and a CD instead of a record (I don't own a CD player). It took weeks to get a refund. I must be a glutton for punishment because I tried to order from them again. One of the records I ordered wasn't shipped and no explanation was provided. This time they refunded my $ quickly. However, another record was obviously used and scratched. Their response was "we don't sell used records." However, in this case they did. Customer service is terrible and, in my experience, they sell a lot of defective items. AVOID!

Worst quality recording on vinyl ever! Sounds like it was recorded from a cell phone wrapped in aluminum foil! couldn't be more disappointed!

I ordered 4 magazines that were in stock at the time I ordered them , and a day later I get issued a partial refund with no explanation and then I only received 1 of the 4 I ordered , not happy

Half of the items I ordered were out of stock, I was missing one item and got a duplicate of another item, I was credited not refunded for the out of stock items (like i'd want to shop there again). There is no where on the website I could see the credit. The phone operator said the only proof I have of the credit is on my invoice. I asked for a refund of the credit. I was told I would get the refund. We'll see. I didn't even want to deal with the duplicate/missing items.

I bought the "Brenda Lee Rocks" CD for the song "Is It True", selection 36. BUT there is no selection 36. I feel ripped off.

Simply stated, I did not get what I paid for as the wrong order was sent to me. I paid for the Blu-ray Disc package which includes the dvd and digital copy. This is clearly stated in the order. What I received was just the Blu-ray Disc. Now I'm going to have to deal with the headache of returning the order. This is inexcusable as far as I'm concerned.

The purchase from Oldies.com was one of the worst online purchase experiences I have ever had. I selected 3 items (CDs) from their website, all listed as available for purchase on the site. I ordered the 3 items, and when they had not been shipped 5 days later, I called customer service to ask about the shipment. The rep told me they would be shipped the next day. When the shipment arrived, there was only one item in the package. Also, I had been charged the full $8 shipping charge for three items, even though there was only one item in the package. When I called them to ask about the other 2 items, they said that 2 of the items were not available at the time of the shipment, so they had been canceled. Not once during the process had I been informed that 2/3 of my order would not be shipped (not even by the rep the day before shipment), nor was I offered any chance to revise or cancel my order before shipment. One of the canceled items was even still showing available on the website, but they would not send it to me unless I ordered again and paid a new $5 shipping cost for one item (which I had already paid), and who knows if they actually had it in stock or not. What I learned from this experience is that even if Oldies.com lists an item for sale on their website, the product might not even be available. They will send you what they want, so don't count on getting what you ordered. At this point, I am just trying to get them to refund 2/3 of the shipping cost, since they canceled 2/3 of the order. We'll see how that goes.

Please send a USPS return label and a refund , as disc one has three formidable scratches, and won't play past track #8 .
