They should get a minus. Shipped the wrong product and wouldn’t replace in a timely manner. Poor customer service. Also took almost 2 weeks to receive the wrong order.

I ordered a CD two months ago and they sent me the wrong CD. I still haven't been able to receive back a refund. I sent back the wrong CD and still no credit to my account. This is horrible service for refunds.

I used a $75 gift certificate. When I used it on my order, it appeared to be accepted. However, when I received the order, a receipt was included and it showed that the GC was not accepted. I checked my bank statement and confirmed I was overcharged. When I called to get this error fixed, the service rep had a difficult time understanding what my concerns were. They told me that they would have to take care of my problem later after things on their end slowed down and then call me back to take care of it. Not pleasant. After not hearing back for a week, I called customer service again. I was told the overcharge had been corrected and I should be receiving paperwork by mail. When I asked how I would be getting my money returned, the service rep laughed at me. Terrible customer service. Will not be shopping with you again nor recommending to friends and family.

I ordered a vinyl record and was sent a completely different one! Ok, mistakes happen. But then I call to have the problem fixed and they say they can't get me a new one in time for Christmas, my refund is going to take a while because the manager has to approve it and "she has quite a few of these to go through" and THE COST OF SHIPPING WON'T BE REFUNDED. Also, I can't talk to anyone about the shipping (which was almost 10 bucks for 1 item) because no managers are there right now, I'll have to call back tomorrow. I guess they pay people to take orders around the clock but not to fix problems they make. I will never be ordering from here again.

How come when I place an order the cd is in stocks. Invoice says it shipped, then when I received package not when but 2 discs are missing. These are Christmas gifts !!!! VERY FRUSTRATING !!!!

I paid $16 for premium shipping of 2 cds that were sent by mailing envelope. It should have been delivered in 1-3 days according to the website. It was delivered in 5 days. A nice scam. Nothing premium about my delivery.

Received a destroyed partial catalog in the mail (not their fault), was looking forward to ordering for Christmas using Premium shipping. I can't look at a computer screen for very long, so I prefer catalogs. Called their "order" number to order a new catalog, and was told there was NOTHING they could do, and I would just have to wait ANOTHER MONTH for another catalog. I guess CHRISTMAS SHOPPING IS NOT A PRIORITY WITH THEIR COMPANY. I called their sales department back and Spoke with a Meghan (Megan?) and explained that I have AGE-RELATED VISUAL ISSUES and cannot read a webpage for more than a couple minutes, thinking SURELY they would be like"Oh, we would be happy to get a catalog right out to you!" NOPE! Meghan (Megan?) said that since I could not use the website, I would HAVE TO PAY $4.95 FOR A CATALOG! AGE-BASED DISCRIMINATION AND FAILURE TO ACCOMMODATE A DISABILITY in the operation of their business is NOT the way to operate. MOST OF THEIR CUSTOMERS are OLD, and it seems that they think we deserve second-class treatment! I'm a rich OLD fart that was prepared to spend $750-$1000 EACH on gifts from oldies.com for all my friends, and they have LITERALLY TOLD ME THAT THEY COULD NOT CARE LESS!

When ordering online I assumed, like I'm sure most people do, that the item listed is available. One of the CDs was not and I would not have ordered either CD if I had known that. There was no explanation when I received the one CD only and the response to my email request to customer service was very long and difficult to understand. I had to call to find out what happened. I will never order from this company again.

When I put it in to watch, it shows weird static like images, then it plays, it played less than 30 minutes and it just stopped and continue to play. I can’t watch the rest of the movie… it just stopped he sees Susie Carter name on a bed and is still frozen. It won’t play on

Maybe it's my fault. Maybe I didn't read all the description. I thought I was purchasing Season One. Instead, it was just a DVD of four episodes. Not the episode I wanted to see.

Three out of the five cd's I received had cracked/chipped plastic cases! I was given a french speaking CD I did not order. Shipping process needs to change to protect the CD's. Lee B.

It was advertised as a double feature, yet only offered one of the two films on the dvdr, which on top of that was by the worst quality I have seen. Complete waste of my money, to say nothing of false advertising.

Slow to ship and did not fill the order of all items. Only sent 7 out of 8 items and did not even tell me if the other is coming.I will consider before ordering again!
