I purchased the dvd from you because of your price was lower than Amazon , but your delivery on the purchase was horrible , I placed the order 10 to 15 days earlier and it took that long to send it to me. don't count on any more business from me. Amazon might be a little higher but I receive the next day or a couple of day later. Why can't you do the same.??????

Multiple items in my order ended up being out of stock. I was told I would be refunded but have yet to see that happen.

They lied to me,both times I had to call the ladies were smart elecks. They mixed my account and information up with somebody else’s name. Went through heck and back with these people to get a cd!!! They are very rude!!!

I ordered 3 items. Two were received. Nothing indicated a backorder. When I contacted customer support via email, I got a bunch of canned pablum about backorders and how they handled them. At this point, I have no idea if this issue will ever be resolved. I will not be doing future business with this vendor.

Very disappointed with extremely slow ship time. I ordered a DVD on December 18, and it did not ship until December 28. Had the website notated slow ship times I would have ordered from somewhere else.

Recent orders have taken almost a month to receive shipment. Order was received incomplete. Missing items were backordered though they were available when order was placed. Delay in processing order most likely caused backorder situation. I do not have this problem with EBAY or DISCOGS.

Very disapointed in service/order.I clearly ordered a DVD,I received a CD that I never heard of! Talking to customer service,I was told wouldnt get my original order until I send wrong cd back.Why shd I have to wait when I didnt make the mistake in first place?

My order was very poor because one of my CD's had a crack in the CD cover, when they arrived, and one of my CD's was missing. (The Christmas CD was missing) I am very disappointed with my order.

They should get a minus. Shipped the wrong product and wouldn’t replace in a timely manner. Poor customer service. Also took almost 2 weeks to receive the wrong order.

I ordered a CD two months ago and they sent me the wrong CD. I still haven't been able to receive back a refund. I sent back the wrong CD and still no credit to my account. This is horrible service for refunds.

I used a $75 gift certificate. When I used it on my order, it appeared to be accepted. However, when I received the order, a receipt was included and it showed that the GC was not accepted. I checked my bank statement and confirmed I was overcharged. When I called to get this error fixed, the service rep had a difficult time understanding what my concerns were. They told me that they would have to take care of my problem later after things on their end slowed down and then call me back to take care of it. Not pleasant. After not hearing back for a week, I called customer service again. I was told the overcharge had been corrected and I should be receiving paperwork by mail. When I asked how I would be getting my money returned, the service rep laughed at me. Terrible customer service. Will not be shopping with you again nor recommending to friends and family.
