I ordered 101 Country Greats specifically for Faron Young's It's Four in the Morning, as shown on the CD table of contents. When I played the cut I got Hello Walls, not It's Four in the Morning. I paid 13.98 for a song I didn't get but was advertised. The rest of the order was fine, but I resent being mislead.

I place an LP order totaling over $100.00. Wich qualified for free shipping. I was charged $17.00 for shipping for items that were on sale for very low prices. When I call the company they said the items that are charged for shipping were heavy. When I received the items they are the same LP records as all others no special heavy weight on them. And the same items not on sale, do not have an extra shipping charge.

I received an email stating my order was on hold. It took two phone calls to straighten out. I believe the problem was it was purchased by me, but being delivered to other folks as a gift. Your website wasn’t really set up for that and should be. The issue should have been resolved with first phone call!

If they can't fill the order they should contact the buyer to give them a chance to cancel. With not being able to fulfill one of the two CDs ordered I would have canceled and waited for the next time I order to get the one they sent.

Made first purchase of hard-to-find movies a few weeks ago and service was very good. However, this time I ordered 12 DVD's and there were two substitutions (two DVD's I did not order in place of two I ordered) - neither of which I wanted.

YEAH.......ONE OF THE DVDS DOES NOT WORK ......IT SKIPS TO DIFFERENT PARTS OF THE FILM.........AND IT WENT INTO THE GARBAGE

I order 4 items and only received 3. I understand that issues happen but it would have been nice to be informed so I could have ordered from another site since the item was a limited release. I also was confused that I had to call customer Service to get a refund, that should just have been done automatically when they knew they didn't have the item in stock. I did receive my refund promptly.

This was the first (and probably last) time I placed an order with Oldies. The puzzle was a birthday present for an old friend. When placing the order, I noticed there was no way to ID it as a present, nor did I have to option to include a short message. Before finalizing the order, I called a customer service rep who was unable to help me. So I emailed you immediately (prior to shipping) and asked that a short "Happy 90th Birthday" note be included. No response. Today, I spoke with the recipient to check. As I had feared, there was no greeting.

The CD R&B Slow Jams had anything other than R&B SLOW Jams and The Velons, was scratchy 1

I wasn't going to write a review, but they sent an email asking me to. Before writing this review I wrote then an email offering them a chance to respond and after a week I haven't heard back. I ordered 4 vinyls. All of them had a bad crease in the corner including one that's limited edition to 500. There was lots of padding on the top and bottom of the package, but nothing at all on the sides, so they were knocked around. Poor shipping and no response from customer service. I won't order from them again.

I ordered 2 dvds but received only one and told at that time it was out of stock. If it was out of stock it should have been listed that way online so I wouldn't have ordered it in the first place.

I ordered 40 DVDRs. 5 of the 13 DVDRs I have watched so far will not play without skipping. I have 27 more to watch and expect another 40% failure rate. Unacceptable. Poor quality.

First purchase. If your business involves shipping CDs one would guess you’d have procedures in place to do so safely. Unfortunately, not the case. Thin bubble wrap does not protect jewel cases from damage in shipping. Cracked jewel case. Pulverized center CD holder.
