Takes to long to get my product. From the time of my online purchases to delivery was too long. Other businesses are much faster. The product should be shipped the day of purchase.

Customer service is short and rude. Also had to chase them to ship my order. It was placed over a week ago and took 7 days (5 business days) till it was shipped out. This was my first time shopping with them and I think I’ll stick to eBay and amazon for my music collecting.

Great prices, but the CD cases arrived cracked and broken. A better packaging would have helped.

the darlick pepper shaker came out of the box broken i'd return it but i do not have time for this kind of annoyance dellicate ceramic should pack more protectively those ups handlers ttreat the packages like footballs very disapointing

Several days to process the order once received, then FOUR days from when the USPS label was created to the actual pick up and dispatch and another FOUR days in transit to its destination.

I ordered a two-disk box of "Colonel March of Scotland Yard." Box 1 contained not the TV show but a "B" movie called "X Marks the Spot." Box 2 contained the TV show but the film quality was poor. I got no response from an email to their customer service department.

The only problem that I have with Oldies.com is their outrageous shipping cost ! I ordered a few DVD's and the cost was $22 for the DVD's, the shipping was $12, more than half of the cost of the DVD's ! This is the very reason that I stopped buying from Oldies.com the first time! They will give you free shipping for orders over $99, but sometimes I only want 1 or 2 DVD's ! Another trick that they use is that they will charge a separate shipping on each DVD and then put all of them in one package ! If they don't change their overcharged shipping rates, I will stop buying from them again !!!!!!

Very happy with the shipping and condition of my order. However, inserted with the package was junk mail for Batman themed paraphernalia from a Franklin-Mint-type merchandiser, plus a donation slip for St. Jude's Childrens Hospital. I happily give to a variety of non-profits, but I don't need to be hit up for pity donations when simply doing retail business.

The product did not work. As of yet we cannot get the battery compartment open to see if new batteries will do the trade

Arrived in a fair amount of time. The main issues is many of the 8 cd's I ordered the jewel cases were damaged to point disc's do not stay in place inside case.

A cd was not sent and I was charged. I called back and it would not get to me until mid January...a bit late for Christmas. Would not send it with free shipping or expedited shipping due to the fact that they messed up. The company does not even have expedited shipping...crazy! When I spoke to a supervisor, she hung up on me and told me she was just going to refund me. I did not get an email from the company about the refund. I found out a few days later I got it confirmed from Paypal. Very Very poor customer service
