I received two orders today - one was great and complete - 5981248. The second only contained one of the two CDs requested AND the shipping was more than the order with two CDs - 5979071. The second shipment was a good deal when ordered, but with the additional cost of shipping (only spread across one item) a $5.98 CD ended up costing $15.86 - A very, very BAD deal. I would rather have received an email asking if I still wanted the one item, since the second item was either sold-out or unavailable. If this is Oldies SOP, I'll be much more careful when ordering - assuming I order again.

Did not find out 2 items were not being fulfilled till i opened the box. Those 2 titles was the only reason for the rest of the order. Lack of communication and they surely noticed the order had a mistake of 2 of the same title they sent out, yet no return label. Unfortunate order…

This is a review of the customer service. They failed to enter my street number on the delivery label so my order was undeliverable. I had to work with the post office to get my package. Keep in mind Oldies charged me $5 for delivery and created a headache that I had to fix.

We reviewed your original order submission, and can confirm that we processed and shipped your order to the *exact* address that you submitted to us during the checkout process. We're not perfect, and we're the first to own-up to our mistakes... however this isn't on us. I ordered 2 DVD's, & 1 was not available. So, I was sent 2 of the same. I really wanted the other 1, & now I have to order it elsewhere. I'm not made of money!

The nastiest women in Customer Service. They treat paying customers as their enemies. The company forces a $1.00 insurance fee per order, however, based on my USPS research, the packages are NOT insured.

I ordered a cd by error that I already had--in spite of writing immediately as I realized the mistake within minutes--they refused to alter my order. It was my fault that I didn't check more carefully, but the inflexible policy made me as of now a previous customer. Too many places to shop where the customer is treated better!

Based on what you ordered and the method of shipment you selected (Economy), we stated 3-5 business days to ship, and 2-8 business days to deliver. We shipped in 4 business days, and the order delivered to you 4 business days after shipment.

I ordered two CD’s, I got them on time, but one of them was the wrong one, I called Oldies and they said it will take 8 business days to get it. The invoice shows both items delivered.
