“Pretty reasonable price for a slightly used record. Wish there was more description on the condition of the jacket and vinyl before I purchased. The one I ordered had a semi beat up jacket but the vinyl was basically brand new. Was unsure what to expect beforehand, so I would have liked to have known.”

“Normally, their service is excellent. On this last order, however, they did not supply three of the items I wanted. Because they subtracted the amount that these items cost, my order was now under $50, so they charged me the eight dollars plus for postage that would have been free had they sent all of the items I wanted. Sort of a lose-lose situation for me.”

“I would have recieved the DVD on the stated date. However, USPS was at fault. But I only recieved one Dvd out of three. The DVD was ordered under one order number. So I am confused if the other DVDs will be shipped at a later date if I will this concludes their business with me? What about the remaing DVDs and/or refund? I want the Dvds and clarification.”
